TERMS OF USE

  1. PURPOSE

    These Terms of Use govern the use of Catalogr, a technical SaaS service that processes supplier spreadsheets, matches barcode identifiers to Amazon ASINs, retrieves Amazon catalog, sales rank, Buy Box and offer signals, estimates Amazon fees, and generates CSV outputs for manual sourcing review.

  2. ACCEPTANCE

    Use of the service implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

    If you do not accept these Terms, do not use the service.

  3. ELIGIBILITY

    The service is intended exclusively for professionals acting in the course of their commercial, business, or professional activity.

    Consumers, as defined by EU law, are not permitted to use the service.

  4. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

    Catalogr allows you to:

    • Upload supplier catalogs in XLSX format
    • Detect barcode and supplier price columns
    • Normalize EAN, UPC and GTIN values
    • Resolve Amazon ASINs via Amazon SP-API Catalog Items
    • Retrieve sales rank, Buy Box and offer signals via Amazon SP-API where available
    • Estimate referral fees, FBA fees, profit and ROI for screening purposes
    • Generate CSV outputs for opportunities, rejected products, mapped ASINs and unmapped GTINs
    • View processing statistics and job status

    Technical limits:

    • Maximum file size: 50 MB
    • Maximum rows: 1,000,000 per job
    • Accepted formats: XLSX, XLSM

  5. REGISTRATION

    1. Account creation

      • Providing a valid email address
      • Authentication via magic link (passwordless)
      • Acceptance of the Terms and Privacy Policy

    2. Amazon authorization

      • Users must authorize Catalogr through Amazon Selling Partner API before running supplier catalog analysis
      • Users may revoke Amazon authorization according to Amazon's applicable controls and Catalogr account settings when available

    3. Responsibility

      You are responsible for:

      • The confidentiality of your email
      • All activities carried out from your account
      • Immediate notification in case of unauthorized use

  6. PLANS & QUOTAS

    1. Beta access

      The service is currently in beta. Pricing is based on the number of GTINs processed per month.

    2. Available plans

      • Free: €0/month, up to 10,000 GTINs per month
      • Starter: €49/month, up to 100,000 GTINs per month
      • Pro: €149/month, up to 500,000 GTINs per month
      • Scale: quote-based pricing for 1M+ GTINs per month, custom onboarding, and higher usage needs

      Paid plans are activated manually during beta. Current pricing and quotas are published on the pricing page.

    3. Quota rules

      • Each unique GTIN processed counts toward the monthly quota
      • Duplicate GTINs in the same file may be counted once for processing purposes
      • Jobs exceeding the allowed quota may be refused, stopped, or completed partially depending on processing stage
      • Generated partial results may remain downloadable when a job is stopped because of quota limits

    4. Pricing changes

      Pricing, quotas and plan availability may change with notice. Existing users will be informed before any charge or material paid-plan change is applied.

  7. DATA & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

    1. Your data

      • You retain ownership of your files
      • No rights claimed over your catalogs
      • Uploaded files and generated outputs are retained for up to 30 days, then permanently deleted

    2. Results

      • Generated CSV files belong to you
      • Usage responsibility lies with you
      • Results are provided for manual sourcing review

    3. Amazon data

      • ASINs and Amazon catalog data are subject to Amazon terms and policies
      • Usage is subject to SP-API terms
      • No resale of Amazon data

    4. The service

      • Source code and interface protected
      • Non-exclusive, non-transferable license

  8. ACCEPTABLE USE

    1. Prohibited actions

      • Illegal use
      • Circumvention of technical limits
      • Scripts or bots outside the official service interface
      • Infrastructure overload
      • Resale of access without written authorization
      • Database extraction
      • Violation of intellectual property rights
      • Use of the service in a way that violates Amazon policies or SP-API terms

    2. Sanctions

      • Warning
      • Temporary suspension
      • Permanent termination without refund where permitted by law
      • Legal action if applicable

    3. Immediate suspension

      The publisher reserves the right to immediately suspend or restrict access to the service, without prior notice, in case of suspected abuse, violation of Amazon policies, excessive API usage, or any activity exposing the publisher to legal, technical, or contractual risks.

  9. AVAILABILITY

    1. Commitment

      • Reasonable efforts are made to maintain service availability
      • Maintenance may be performed when required for security, stability, or performance

    2. Limitations

      • No guarantee of uninterrupted service
      • No guarantee of error-free service
      • No guaranteed fix timeframe

    3. Force majeure

      • Hosting outages
      • Internet disruptions
      • Cyberattacks
      • Natural disasters
      • Amazon API changes

  10. LIABILITY

    1. Limitation

      To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the total amount paid by the user for the service during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

    2. Exclusions

      • Data loss
      • Business decisions
      • Perfect ASIN accuracy
      • Perfect fee accuracy
      • Guaranteed profitability
      • Guaranteed sales volume
      • Guaranteed Buy Box ownership
      • Compliance with Amazon policies

    3. Data quality

      • Results provided as-is
      • Dependency on Amazon API and supplier file quality
      • Verification recommended before any sourcing or buying decision

    4. Nature of the service

      The service is provided as a technical data processing and screening tool.

      The publisher does not guarantee any commercial outcome, profitability, sales performance, Buy Box ownership, ungating status, or compliance with third-party platform policies, including Amazon policies.

  13. TERMINATION

    1. By you

      • By contacting support or using the available account controls
      • Termination takes effect within a reasonable processing period, unless immediate termination is technically available

    2. By us

      • Violation of the Terms
      • 7-day notice unless urgent
      • Refund rules, if any, depend on the pricing model in force at the time

    3. Effects

      • Access removed
      • Uploaded files and generated outputs may remain available for up to 30 days after termination
      • They are permanently deleted afterward

  14. GOVERNING LAW

    1. French law

      These Terms are governed by French law.

    2. Jurisdiction

      Courts of Paris.

    3. Amicable settlement

      Mandatory attempt prior to legal action.

  15. MISCELLANEOUS

    1. Entire agreement

      These Terms constitute the entire agreement.

    2. Severability

      If a clause is invalid, others remain effective.

    3. Waiver

      Failure to exercise a right does not constitute waiver.

    4. Language

      These Terms are written in English, which shall be the legally binding version.
