  1. PURPOSE

    These Terms of Use govern the use of Catalogr, a SaaS service for resolving Amazon ASINs from supplier catalogs.

  2. ACCEPTANCE

    Use of the service implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

    If you do not accept these Terms, do not use the service.

  3. ELIGIBILITY

    The service is intended exclusively for professionals acting in the course of their commercial, business, or professional activity.

    Consumers, as defined by EU law, are not permitted to use the service.

  4. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

    Catalogr allows you to:

    • Upload supplier catalogs (XLSX format)
    • Automatically resolve Amazon ASINs via the SP-API
    • Download results (mapped/unmapped CSV)
    • View processing statistics

    Technical limits:

    • Maximum file size: 50 MB
    • Maximum rows: 1,000,000 per job
    • Accepted formats: XLSX, XLSM

  5. REGISTRATION

    1. Account creation

      • Providing a valid email address
      • Authentication via magic link (passwordless)
      • Acceptance of the Terms and Privacy Policy

    2. Responsibility

      You are responsible for:

      • The confidentiality of your email
      • All activities carried out from your account
      • Immediate notification in case of unauthorized use

    1. Free Plan

      • 10,000 rows per day
      • All core features
      • Community support

    2. Starter Plan (€29/month)

      • 100,000 rows per month
      • Priority support

    3. Pro Plan (€99/month)

      • 500,000 rows per month
      • Dedicated support
      • API access coming soon

    4. Overages

      In case of quota overrun:

      • Processing refused with explicit message
      • Upgrade suggested
      • No automatic billing

  7. PAYMENT

    1. Billing

      • Monthly automatic billing (Stripe)
      • Billed on the 1st of each month
      • VAT applied based on country of residence

    2. Recurring subscription

      Subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring monthly basis until cancelled by the user through the account settings.

    3. Cancellation

      • Cancelable at any time
      • Effective next billing cycle
      • No prorated refunds

    4. Late payment

      • Service suspended after 7 days
      • Data deleted after 30 days

  8. DATA & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

    1. Your data

      • You retain ownership of your files
      • No rights claimed over your catalogs
      • Temporary storage up to 30 days

    2. Results

      • Generated CSV files belong to you
      • Free use
      • Usage responsibility lies with you

    3. Amazon data

      • ASINs are Amazon property
      • Usage subject to SP-API terms
      • No resale of Amazon data

    4. The service

      • Source code and interface protected
      • Non-exclusive, non-transferable license

  9. ACCEPTABLE USE

    1. Prohibited actions

      • Illegal use
      • Circumvention of technical limits
      • Scripts or bots outside the official API
      • Infrastructure overload
      • Resale of access
      • Database extraction
      • Violation of intellectual property rights

    2. Sanctions

      • Warning
      • Temporary suspension
      • Permanent termination without refund
      • Legal action if applicable

    3. Immediate suspension

      The publisher reserves the right to immediately suspend or restrict access to the service, without prior notice, in case of suspected abuse, violation of Amazon policies, excessive API usage, or any activity exposing the publisher to legal, technical, or contractual risks.

  10. AVAILABILITY

    1. Commitment

      • Target uptime: 99%
      • Maintenance notified 48h in advance

    2. Limitations

      • No guarantee of uninterrupted service
      • No guarantee of error-free service
      • No guaranteed fix timeframe

    3. Force majeure

      • Hosting outages
      • Internet disruptions
      • Cyberattacks
      • Natural disasters
      • Amazon API changes

  11. LIABILITY

    1. Limitation

      Liability is limited to the amount paid over the last 12 months.

    2. Exclusions

      • Data loss
      • Business decisions
      • Perfect ASIN accuracy
      • Compliance with Amazon policies

    3. Data quality

      • Results provided as-is
      • Dependency on Amazon API
      • Verification recommended

    4. Nature of the service

      The service is provided as a technical data processing tool.

      The publisher does not guarantee any commercial outcome, profitability, sales performance, or compliance with third-party platform policies, including Amazon policies.

      • Permanently deleted afterward

  15. GOVERNING LAW

      These Terms are governed by French law.

    2. Jurisdiction

      Courts of Paris.

    3. Amicable settlement

      Mandatory attempt prior to legal action.

  16. MISCELLANEOUS

    1. Entire agreement

      These Terms constitute the entire agreement.

    2. Severability

      If a clause is invalid, others remain effective.

    3. Waiver

      Failure to exercise a right does not constitute waiver.

    4. Language

      These Terms are written in English, which shall be the legally binding version.
