Catalogr is a supplier catalog screening SaaS for Amazon EU sellers. It helps sellers turn supplier XLSX price lists into structured CSV shortlists for manual sourcing review.

What Catalogr is built for

Many supplier catalogs contain hundreds, thousands, or tens of thousands of products. Manually checking whether each product exists on Amazon, whether it has sales rank signals, whether the Buy Box leaves room for margin, and whether Amazon fees make the product worth reviewing is slow and error-prone.

Catalogr automates that first screening step in a clean and repeatable way.

How it works

• You upload a supplier spreadsheet in XLSX format
• Catalogr detects barcode and supplier price columns
• EAN, UPC and GTIN values are normalized into GTIN-14
• Valid barcodes are matched against Amazon ASINs through Amazon SP-API Catalog Items
• Matched ASINs are filtered by sales rank signals
• Buy Box and offer data are retrieved through Amazon SP-API Product Pricing
• Estimated referral fees, estimated FBA fees, estimated profit and estimated ROI are calculated for screening purposes
• CSV outputs are generated for opportunities, rejected products, mapped ASINs and unmapped GTINs

No manual file formatting is required before upload. Files are processed in the background.

Catalogr helps sellers reduce large supplier files into a smaller list of products worth reviewing. It does not replace manual sourcing judgment, supplier verification, ungating checks, final profitability validation or buying decisions.

Data scope and limitations

Catalogr uses Amazon's official SP-API and user-uploaded supplier files.

• Uses Amazon SP-API Catalog Items for ASIN matching, sales rank and product dimensions
• Uses Amazon SP-API Product Pricing for Buy Box and offer data
• Processes supplier files uploaded by the user
• Does not access buyer personal information
• Does not access seller orders, advertising data, inventory data or Brand Analytics data
• No uploaded supplier file is shared across users.
• A technical cache may store GTIN to ASIN mappings, sales rank payloads and temporary pricing snapshots to reduce redundant Amazon API calls.

Uploaded files and generated outputs are retained for up to 30 days, then permanently deleted.

Pricing and beta status

Catalogr is currently in beta. Pricing is based on the number of GTINs processed per month.

• Starter: €49/month, up to 100,000 GTINs per month
• Pro: €149/month, up to 500,000 GTINs per month
• Scale: quote-based pricing for 1M+ GTINs per month and custom onboarding
