Before contacting support
- Make sure your supplier file is in .xlsx format
- Check that the file contains a barcode column such as EAN, UPC or GTIN
- Check that the file contains a supplier price column
- If a job failed, include the job ID shown on the job page
Data and security
Catalogr uses Amazon SP-API to retrieve catalog, sales rank, Buy Box and offer data. It does not access buyer personal information, seller orders, advertising data, inventory data or Brand Analytics data.
