What counts as a GTIN?
Each unique barcode identifier processed counts as one GTIN. Duplicate GTINs in the same file may be counted once.
Why can jobs take several minutes?
Catalogr uses official Amazon SP-API endpoints. Some operations, especially pricing and Buy Box lookups, are rate-limited by Amazon. Large supplier files may take longer, but the job runs in the background and produces downloadable CSV results when finished.
Why are repeated jobs faster?
Catalogr uses a technical cache for previously resolved catalog and pricing data. If a product was recently analyzed, Catalogr can avoid redundant Amazon API calls and process the job faster.
What happens if I reach my quota?
If your file contains more valid GTINs than your remaining quota, Catalogr processes the file until the monthly quota is reached, then stops the job with partial CSV results available.
Are paid plans already available?
Yes. Starter and Pro are available through Stripe Checkout. During beta, activation is manual and usually completed within 24 hours. Scale still requires a quote.
Does Catalogr make buying decisions?
No. Catalogr is a supplier catalog screening tool. It helps you identify products to review manually, but it does not decide what to buy, guarantee Buy Box ownership, guarantee ungating status, or predict sales volume.
Do you guarantee product profitability?
No. Catalogr estimates referral fees, FBA fees, profit and ROI for screening purposes. It helps sellers identify products worth reviewing, but it does not guarantee profit, Buy Box ownership, sales volume, ungating status or buying decisions.
